I've spent more than two decades working at the intersection of mental health, leadership, education, and entrepreneurship.
I've built and managed private-practice businesses, supervised clinicians, taught graduate and doctoral students, and helped therapists navigate the transition from clinician to business owner.
I've also made mistakes, changed directions, stopped, restarted, and learned firsthand that clinical excellence alone doesn't build a sustainable practice.
